I've popped popcorn a lot of times at home, so I followed the same method (which is what you suggested.)
ThanksSAMhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02229038919134956392noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5564315356612799430.post-15529518869379329922007-11-27T12:35:00.000-05:002007-11-27T12:35:00.000-05:00Ranju: this is how I ur suppose to puff amaranth.....Ranju: this is how I ur suppose to puff amaranth..for that matter any grain..if u dont have a popper : Take your amaranth and put it in a skillet, on medium heat. Now comes the tricky part...you need to stir it, but you also need to cover it, because when amaranth gets a-poppin' it likes to leap right out of the pan. SO - cover it, and about every two minutes, whip the cover off and stir like crazy and slam the lid back on.
A boring alternative to this is to put oven mits on and lift the whole shebang off the heat and shake it, like you're making popcorn.Swaroopahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06400043988619196876noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5564315356612799430.post-2502106413292076232007-11-27T11:30:00.000-05:002007-11-27T11:30:00.000-05:00Swaroopa,Do you know how to puff Rajgira grains at...Swaroopa,
Do you know how to puff Rajgira grains at home?
